Unfortunately I didn't get his name, but the nice gentleman came in in the exact time frame he gave us, gave our carpets a nice deep clean and was very friendly, professional, courteous, kind, and overall just awesome. I usually do it my self but haven't had the chance to replace the parts on my Bissel... so I gave them a call set up an appointment, which I had to change later on.. because I double booked myself... they where very professional sending me confirmation and ETA..... and let me just say my carpets came out looking brand new !!!!!
